Free agent defensive lineman Corey Liuget is visiting with the Jaguars on Wednesday a source tells Alfie Crow of Big Cat Country.
The former Chargers defensive lineman has been a free agent since the start of NFL free agency and hand a handful of visits.
The Jaguars need to add some depth to their defensive line after moving on from Dante Fowler, Jr. mid-season and releasing Malik Jackson to create some cap room.
Liuget, a first round pick for the Chargers in 2011, has spent the last eight seasons as a starter in the Chargers 3-4 defensive front at defensive end.
He played in just six games last season due to a four-game suspension for violating the NFL’s PED policy and going to injured reserve with with a torn quad.
