Jaguars Move On; Top Bills 10-3 to Set Up AFC Divisional Showdown with Steelers

It wasn’t an ESPN Classic by any means, but the Jaguars are moving on to the round of four in the AFC, as they topped the Buffalo Bills 10-3 in Sunday’s AFC Wild Card Game.

In a game dominated by defense, the Jags held Buffalo to just a single field goal, and were able in the end to hold the Bills to under 300 yards of offense.

Blake Bortles was more dangerous with his feet than his arm, but he and the Jags offense delivered on one key drive that took over eight minutes to score the only TD of the game, a gutsy fourth down throw that was converted for the only touchdown of the game.

The Jags will take on the AFC #2 seeded Steelers next Sunday in Heinz Field, a team they beat in week five of the season 30-9 after picking off Ben Roethlisberger five times.

Next Sunday’s game is a 1:05pm kickoff.
