NFL Week One Game Preview – Green Bay at Jacksonville

Packers Jagaurs

Two teams that don’t see each other very often will do battle Sunday down in Florida, as the Packers, one of the NFC’s biggest contenders in 2016, will take on the AFC South’s Jaguars, a team that is hoping to turn the corner in 2016.

The Packers made it to the divisional round of the NFC Playoffs a season ago before losing a tough game to the Cardinals in overtime, but feel with a healthy core on their side in 2016 they will be right back at the top of the NFC North and ready for battle.

As for Jacksonville, they have a solid young core on offense with Blake Bortles at quarterback and Allen Robinson and Alan Hurns at the wide out spot.

Here’s some keys for these two teams as they get set for battle in Jacksonville, where weather is always a factor early in the season for teams.

I want to ALERT the coach to something my eyes see in every Jaguar game that needs attention immediately. “BAD offense play calling!”

Why is it I watch successful teams having a variety of good solid plays while sadly I see the Jaguars (running it up the middle) so often when, in fact it fails 90% of the time, (no creativity) or the players do not execute the play calling accurately.

I would rather have only 4 plays, (well executed by Jaguars) and mix it up calling 1 of 4 plays at different times. It’s not rocket science… I suspect the offensive coaches are trying to teach complicated paper plays on drawing boards that players get confused when on the field.

Just 4 good plays well executed will win downs, yards & games for us!
Phew… that’s all. It’s been bothering me a long time!
