Jaugars Not Interested In Just Wavied Tim Tebow

Tim Tebow

When he was hired Jaguars GM Dave Caldwell made it clear the Jaguars had no interest in acquiring Tim Tebow.

And now owner Shad Khan has reinforced that now that Tebow has been released by the New York Jets.

Khan’s spokesman Jim Woodcock emailed John Saraceno of USA Today and wrote, “The Jacksonville Jaguars’ plans do not include Tim Tebow.”

It’s unclear what market, if any there is for Tebow as a quarterback in the NFL.

Kahn wants to lose again this year so it makes the transition to Los Angles much easier to sell
to the other owners. Jag fans you will be losing your team. Most likely at the end of this year.
Sadly the one player that could help that team,is again being insulted.

At least with Tebow there would be some excitement in Jacksonville. Whether they ever move or not, they’ll unfortunately remain irrelevant and a NFL bottom dweller. It’s not like they have any chance at all of winning a Super Bowl with any of the QBs on their current roster. Again, at least giving Tebow a shot would have generated something interesting out of J’Ville.

  3. Malik says:

You are both wrong. Jaguars will remain in Jacksonville. Also, they drafted well this year and will be one of the better teams in the NFL very soon. Look at how quickly Seattle turned it around.

The read option is taking the nfl by storm and the jaguars would actually be a team worth watching if they had Tebow. The Jaguars will most definitely not remain in jacksonville. @malik you think the jaguars will turn it around like the seahawks did? with blaine gabbert? your a joke. I don’t know if the jaguars think the new style is having the tarps on the seats but that leads to blackouts and your team still having no following. tebow would generate revenue and increase the level of interest in the franchise. it is a horrible front office decision not to sign tebow which shows how poorly david caldwell knows how to manage a business. no wonder he went to john carroll university. he wouldn’t know a playoff winning quarterback that could revive his franchise if it fell right in front of him- and he doesn’t
