Jaguars Trying to Trade Up

A report has surfaced that the Jaguars are looking to trade up in the draft for Oklahoma State wide receiver Justin Blackmon.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter and have both reported the rumour.

Most teams believe there are 6 top prospects in the draft, the Jaguars pick 7th. The big question is what the price would be to trade up and who would be the team in question. Cleveland seem to be hot favourites to trade down, but for them to miss out on Blackmon and possibly Trent Richardson it will surely come at a steep price for the Jaguars.

Wide receiver is a big need for Jacksonville, they signed Laurent Robinson to a big contract in the off-season from Dallas and recently signed veteran Lee Evans to a one year deal, but they are still missing a difference maker for Blaine Gabbert/Chad Henne to throw to. Blackmon would be that difference maker.

It’s looking like we are in for an interesting night.
