Jaguars Gab Mock Draft

The months of breaking down film and preparing for the draft are almost over. The NFL Draft begins Thursday night at 8pm ET. We all know who is going to go first and second but what about the rest of the first round. Here is the Jaguars Gab mock draft to get you ready for Thursday night.

1. Indianapolis Colts – QB, Andrew Luck, Stanford

2. Washington Redskins – QB, Robert Griffin III, Baylor

3. Minnesota Vikings – LT, Matt Kalil, USC

4. Cleveland Browns – RB, Trent Richardson, Alabama

5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – CB, Morris Claibourne, LSU

6. St Louis Rams – WR, Justin Blackmon, Oklahoma State

7. Jacksonville Jaguars – DE/OLB, Melvin Ingram, South Carolina

The Jaguars need pass rush help and Ingram provides that. There is some debate over who is the better prospect between Ingram and Coples, however, the question marks against Coples motor and work ethic will turn Gene Smith off. Smith wants the safe pick here and Ingram provides that as well as adding the missing piece to the Jaguars defense – a pass rush opposite Jeremy Mincey.
