The Jaguars have reached an agreement with wide receiver Laurent Robinson, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Robinson has reportedly signed a five year $32.5 million deal, with $14.2 million guaranteed in 2012 and 2013, with incentives up to $600k a year.

Robinson tweeted about the deal, “Its official everyone. Taking my talents to Jacksonville” Robinson also said, “I wanna say thank you to the Cowboys Organization and especially FANS 4 all your support last year. But it’s the beginning of a new chapter”

Robinson is the first player the Jaguars have signed from outside the organisation. He will be an excellent addition to the Jaguars receivers.

He caught 54 passes for 858 yards and 11 touchdowns with the Dallas Cowboys in 2011.

He has also played with the St. Louis Rams, San Diego Chargers and Atlanta Falcons since the Falcons drafted him in the third round of the 2007 draft.
