WR Mike Thomas Ruled Out For Thursday Vs Falcons

Mike Thomas was one of five Jaguars players ruled out for Thursday night’s matchup with the Falcons, leaving the Jaguars even more short-handed for their final national television game this season. Thomas left Sunday’s win against the Buccaneers with a concussion.

He leads the team with 40 catches for 391 yards, though the third-year receiver has scored just once this season. Jaguars wide receiver Cecil Shorts (hamstring), defensive end Matt Roth (concussion), safety Chris Prosinski (thumb) and cornerback TJ Heath (shoulder) will also miss Thursday night’s game. Kicker Josh Scobee, who suffered a groin injury Sunday, was listed as questionable.
