Reports say McCown throwing better than Garrard in camp
ESPN.com reports that several people in attendance of the Jaguars minicamp felt that Luke McCown looked very good compared to David Garrard. However, he’s never done so when the playing counts. We fully expect Garrard to be the starter in Jacksonville and put up another average season worthy of a No. 2 quarterback.
