Jaguars unveil ticket plan to Avoid TV Blackouts

NFL.com has an interesting tidbit today on how the Jags are going to do the “Teal Deal” to try and avoid more blackouts this year:

The Jacksonville Jaguars are giving fans extra incentives to support the struggling franchise and avoid TV blackouts. Owner Wayne Weaver and Jacksonville mayor John Peyton unveiled a new rewards program for season-ticket buyers called the “Teal Deal”. Under this program, season-ticket holders are given coupon books offering more than $2,000 in discounts from local businesses.
