Jags Promote WR Tiquan Underwood to the Active Roster

The Jaguars activated rookie wide receiver Tiquan Underwood from their practice squad to the 53-man roster. Underwood was the Jaguars’ seventh-round pick in this year’s draft. He was waived on Sept. 5 and signed to the club’s practice squad the next day.
