Jags Ink DE Wyche to a New Deal

Reserve defensive end James Wyche signed a new contract with the Jaguars on Tuesday. Wyche, a seventh-round draft pick in 2006, has yet to play in an NFL game. He was on the practice squad for most of his rookie year and spent the last two years on injured reserve. He suffered a knee injury in the 2008 preseason and injured his groin in the final preseason game in 2007. Details of his new contract were not released.
