DE Harvey Showed Promise By the End of the Year

Although his rookie season was an unmitigated disaster, Jaguars DE Derrick Harvey at least started to show glimpses of his potential late in the year. His best game, by far, came in the Week 17 loss to the Ravens, when he sacked Ravens QB Joe Flacco twice and recorded seven total tackles.
