After Jack Del Rio said there were “some positives and some negatives” in the season, he was asked to name some of the positives, but declined. “We’ll have time to get into that,” Del Rio said after the Jaguars’ 27-7 loss. “Let’s talk about this game and I am sure we will have a wrap-up meeting to talk about that.” The numbers, though, show the Jaguars are a .500 team (24-24) the past three seasons. And they’re back where they started in Del Rio’s first season in 2003, when they also finished 5-11. James Harris, vice president of player personnel, resigned last week. Del Rio will be back next year because he signed a $21-million contract extension last spring that runs through 2012
