The Jaguars today put three players on IR, including receiver Jerry Porter, who by the time it was all said and done, made nearly $1 million a catch this season. The bust of a WR had just 11 catches for 181 yards and a touchdown. He signed a six-year, $30 million contract in March that included $10 million guaranteed. Porter missed all of training camp, the preseason and the first three games because of a hamstring injury. He very well may be gone this offseason.

The team also put linebacker Daryl Smith and defensive tackle Tony McDaniel on injured reserve, ending their seasons. The team will get back team captain Mike Peterson, who will return to the starting lineup Thursday night against Indianapolis.

The Jaguars also signed defensive back Calvin Lowry and guard Cameron Stephenson.
