The Jacksonville Jaguars made one minor roster move Thursday as they signed veteran free agent defensive tackle Jonathan Lewis and released rookie running back Lavarus Giles. Lewis spent part of the season with the Oakland Raiders on their practice squad; he was drafted by the Arizona Cardinals in the 6th round of the 2006 draft and has also spent time with the Seattle Seahawks and Detroit Lions. Giles was signed as a free agent in June.
