WR Jones Losing Playing Times in OTA’s to Williamson and Walker

The rumor for quite some time is that former number one pick wide out Matt Jones is not going to be anywhere near the Jags roster come opening day, as he’ll either get cut or traded. That still may be the case, as if you could read anything from recent OTA’s, Jones saw little playing time, and was not one of the top four wide outs on the roster. Jones appeared to have lost the playing time to another former number-one pick - the Vikings Troy Williamson, who was brought over in a deal this offseason. Another lesser known wide out, second-year player Mike Walker, took playing time away during OTA’s from Jones. If anything else, it looks as if it will be a matter of time before Jones is gone in some fashion.
