DT Jimmy Kennedy Signed to Offer Sheet by Jags

The Chicago Tribune is reporting that the Jaguars have inked Bears free agent DT Jimmy Kennedy to an offer sheet.  The sheet is worth $755,000, with a $50,000 signing bonus.  With the right of first refusal, the Bears will have the right to match the offer, which the paper speculates that they will.  The 2003 first round pick of the Rams has played just three games in Chicago, and in spot duty he had two tackles.  In his five year career he has played in 56 games with 92 tackles, 4 sacks and one forced fumble.  The Bears will have seven days to make up their mind to match or not.
