Source: Gray Likely to Play Elsewhere in 2008

Sporting News is reporting that backup QB Quinn Gray will likely be looking for greener pastures in 2008, and it’s not likely he’ll be back with the Jags. Last season Gray did a solid job in going 2-1 as a starter when David Garrard went down with an ankle injury that put him on the bench. The Jags may be looking to add a quality backup in the draft or through free agency, knowing how much Garrard runs and sometimes leaves himself open to getting hurt. Gray is a free agent, and reports are that he and the Jags are far aside in contract talks.
