Unless some NFL players somehow got underneath the radar (pun unintended), this would be the first official legal scrape during the 2007-08 postseason.  According to Paul Pinkham of the Florida Times-Union, Jacksonville Jaguars defensive end Brent Hawkins was arrested on a drunken driving charge on Monday after Jacksonville police said that he sped by a patrol car over the Intracoastal Waterway.

Hawkins was arrested at around 2:30 AM after police performed field sobriety tests on him, which indicated his impairment.  Hawkins refused a breath test and as a result, his driver’s license was confiscated, according to an arrest report.  The report specifically stated that Hawkins left the Beaches (nightclub I assume) shortly before 2 AM when an officer clocked him going 64 MPH in a 45-mph  zone on the Intracoastal Waterway bridge.  The report further stated that Hawkins smelled of alcohol and his eyes appeared bloodshot and watery; he was also cited for speeding.
