Jaguars Sign WR Sharon to Active Roster

The Jags today signed a wide out for protection in case Reggie Williams can’t go tomorrow night due to his back injury.  The team re-signed Charles Sharon and waived receiver Chad Owens.  Sharon joins the active roster after being signed to the practice squad and spending the entire year on it.  Owens played in the last game of the year, but in his one shot to really do anything he misplayed a punt.  Williams went through light drills earlier today, and the thought is that he will go vs the Pats.
