The Jaguars will be looking to continue their drive to the playoffs when they host the Raiders in Jacksonville this Sunday.  Jacksonville has the third-best record in the AFC at 10-and-4 and owns a two-game lead for the fifth seed in the AFC playoffs.  The Jags won for the fifth time in six games after beating the Pittsburgh Steelers 29-22 last week.  At 4-and-10, the Raiders will be playing for draft position this week.  They are tied with three other teams for the third-worst record in the NFL.  Oakland has dropped two straight after falling at home 21-14 to the Indianapolis Colts in Week 15.  The Jaguars have won two of the three all-time meetings with the Raiders, with the last victory coming in 2004 at Oakland.
