Jags Run Away with 37-6 Win over Panthers

David Garrard threw for 230 yards and two touchdowns as the Jaguars dismantled the Panthers 37-6 in Jacksonville.  Fred Taylor rushed for 132 yards and a score as Jacksonville upped its record to 9-and-4.  Reggie Williams hauled in five passes for 90 yards and a TD and Clint Ingram returned an interception 39 yards for a score.  Vinny Testaverde passed for only 84 yards with the pick for Carolina, which has lost six-of-seven to slip to 5-and-8.  Steve Smith caught six balls for 44 yards for the Panthers, who managed just 149 total yards.  Jacksonville broke open a 10-6 game at the half with 27 unanswered points after intermission.
