The Jags got a spark Monday night when three-time Pro Bowl D-lineman Marcus Stroud returned to the team after serving a four-game suspension for violating the league’s steroid and related substances policy.  Stroud will be welcomed back with open arms to the team, which is coming off a loss to the Colts Sunday, but at 8-4 appear well on their way to making the playoffs as at least a wild card.  Stroud has 33 tackles and three sacks in eight games. “He’ll be hungry because of the time he missed,” coach Jack Del Rio said. “His body ought to feel great because he had a little bit of a break. I’m sure he’ll be anxious to get back and get back to work.”
