As the playoff picture begins to take shape, second-place teams will meet this week in a crucial AFC matchup when the Jaguars host the Bills at ALLTELL Stadium.  The Jaguars improved to 7-and-3 after beating the San Diego Chargers 24-17 in Week 11.  David Garrard returned from an ankle injury to throw for 189 yards and two touchdowns as the Jags won their second straight game.  The Bills had won four straight games before being humiliated 56-10 by the New England Patriots last Sunday night.  It was the worst loss in franchise history as the Bills managed just 229 yards of total offense. J.P. Losman threw for 173 yards with a touchdown and an interception for Buffalo, which fell to 5-and-5.  The Bills beat the Jags 27-24 last November in Buffalo.
