Jones-Drew’s Sprained Knee May Sideline Him Sunday
Posted by Matt Loede on October 26th, 2007 filed in NewsAlready having lost QB David Garrard for the season, the Jags may also not have their feature running back Sunday as Maurice Jones-Drew was limited in practice Friday. It was the third straight day that Jones-Drew missed part of practice as he is suffering from a sprained knee. He is listed as questionable for the game. He has yet to miss a game in his career, and stated earlier this week that he would play despite suffering the injury Monday night vs the Colts. Fred Thomas would be the main back if Jone-Drew is unable to go.
