The Jaguars have signed offensive tackle Tutan Reyes. The 29-year-old Reyes started the first six games of last season with the Buffalo Bills, but was released in March. Reyes was originally taken in the fifth round of the 2000 NFL Draft by the New Orleans Saints. He also spent four seasons with the Carolina Panthers. Meantime, the Jags also waived long-snapper Brett Goode.
