Jaguars Sign Supplemental Picks

The Florida Times-Union and The Associated Press report that the Jaguars signed their two seventh-round supplemental picks - linebacker Chad Nkang and offensive lineman Andrew Carnahan - on Thursday, leaving the team with only four of its 11 draft picks not under contract.  The Jaguars still have to sign their first three picks - safety [...]
